Sandford International School, would like to invite interested Ethiopian parents to apply for admission of their children to available places in the following classes for the 2023.24 academic year:
- Nursery class
- Year 1 class
Since the number of applicants is likely to exceed the available places, candidates for Nursery and Year 1 classes will be selected for testing based on a lottery draw to be held on Thursday May 11, 2023 at 9:30 a.m. in the school compound.
Parents of the successful applicants will be notified to complete all requirements for admission within specified period. Those who fail to complete the requirements within the specified timeframe may lose their place.
To apply for admission parents are required to collect and fill out an application form. Applicants will need to pay a non-refundable admission fee of 1,000.00 ETB to the finance Office. All application forms can be obtained from the School’s Admission Office. The completed application form and supporting documents should be returned to the Admission Office no later than 3:00 p.m. on Thursday May 4th 2023.
Please note that we will not accept applications after this deadline.
To qualify for a place in each year groups, your child age must be: –
- Nursery class applicants need to be 3 years’ old by August 31st
- Year 1 applicants need to be 5 years’ old by August 31st
